Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery. After this period, all sales are final, and returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be:
  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Shipping & Refunds

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.
• Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 1-3 business days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method.

Lost or Stolen Packages

• Maniglas is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undeliverable packages after shipment.
